J.D. developed his persuasion and turnout skill set early – as the youngest of 8 kids, his ability to persuade, build coalitions, and initiate action has been honed since childhood. While J.D. is the partner who is most practical about outcomes, he is also the most determined to persevere when situations seem overwhelming.
